One of our clients, an extremely successful neurosurgeon in Baltimore, was looking for an investment opportunity that could combine rental income with a location for his medical college in Midtown. We were able to find the client a beautiful, three-story, office building that had recently undergone a major renovation. The Building also has its own off street parking. After settlement, we were able to lease the excess space in the Building to a variety of high-quality tenants including the University of Baltimore, a state of the art imaging center, and a dentist’s office. The Building was fully tenanted with above market value rents within one year from the date of settlement. Our client remains well-satisfied with his initial decision to purchase the Building and is enjoying substantial rental income on his investment.
